It begins with a free network evaluation

We will examine you network to identify the servers, workstations and other devices on your network, what software is installed and flag potential security risks.

Powernine  reviews and documents your environment at the time of onboarding. Our experienced technicians will perform a thorough “discovery” of your environment, noting existing equipment, set up, possible security weak points and other critical items. Once we’ve identified any issues we then design a solution to address the specific needs of your business and correct any outstanding issues. We will then implement the changes necessary to optimize and secure your network.

This is the “Managed” in Managed IT Services – Powernine uses a process called Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) to constantly monitory the health and security of your network. In addition, even though we illustrate documentation, design and implementation as the initial steps, the reality is that the process is a ongoing – things change – new malware threats emerge, software is updated, machines are added or retired, etc. Documentation is updated as this happens and new designs are created and implmented as necessary.
